I was visiting for a convention at the sharonville convention center. The hotel was literally a 4min straight shot to the center! It was also always very quiet and the king bed was comfortable
The room had some cosmetic flaws and didn't have a stopper in the tub.. So a bath was not possible

I liked the location.
I did not like the lady who checked me in customer service. She was very nonchalant. I did not like that the unit smelled of cigarette smoke, dog fur in the top corner of the bed, dirty microwave, or ants that I had to purchase bug spray for. I checked in on a Saturday evening, so there was no maintenance, no manager, no outing me in a different room. A follow-up would have been nice, and I mentioned this to the manager on checkout on Tuesday. I sent an email through booking.com, and the owner never addressed the issue, never made it right. It's been several days an no response.
