Elegant historical space. Very clean. Friendly staff.
The breakfast was good, but service was a little disorganized. They were kind and earnest.

It’s a big beautiful old building, the staff was so warm and welcoming
The room was a little crammed. There’s a big dresser but based on the size of the bed (we were in a king) that doesn’t leave much walking room. There’s shower also never got hot.

Loved the room after we asked to move... second room was awesome with a fabulous view of the area.

Liked the art deco lobby... plenty of friendly check-in personnel. Room was clean.
Waited over hour for check-in.. received two free breakfast for my wait time… booked room for six people, three towels, and one washcloth in room, asked for more… ran out of washcloths, give us hand towels to use…(not a big issue, just unusual)
