Gilroy Inn

What I liked most about the property was the welcoming and friendly staff, along with the beautiful two-story hotel surrounded by flowers and well-kept landscaping. The room itself was very comfortable and included both heating and air conditioning, which made the stay even better. I also appreciated the convenient guest laundry room. Another great part of the location is how close it is to good restaurants, outlet shopping, and nearby gas stations, making everything easy and accessible during the stay.

Area is a great location and surrounded by restaurants and gas stations, right off the fwy.

When I got there to check in the guy said I had not pay for my room yet. When I said I have and also showed him my confirmation number. He still tried not to give me my room key. Until I told him I wanted my money return to my bank account. But also I paid for 2 nights. My room key was blocked after the 1st night. So I had to go back to office at night and request for him to grant my access to my room. He claimed I was supposed to return my room key. Then he had to check computer again. Then handed back my card and I left back to my room.

It was nice that a Dennys was across from us so we could get a quick breakfast! In n Out is right there too!

Not really any issue, was fine all around.
