Convenient location. Competitive pricing. Decently sized room. Nice, friendly, accommodating staff. Comfortable bed. Adequate parking. (Not sure if this was an America's Best Value Inn before or if they simply bought some of ABV's old fixtures like the soap dispenser in the shower.) Decent towels. Most things in room seemed to work okay.
WiFi was a bit slow so that impacted my workflow. Can be kind of noisy (street noise) in the room. Freezer section of mini-fridge is kind of iffy due to the door being a simple gravity-closed unit so it doesn't close tightly; thus, not everything within will freeze.

Price and location. There is a Denny’s and a Chinese place just around the corner. I had an enjoyable walk through an older neighborhood to St. Joseph’s for Easter Vigil Mass. It was all good!

The location worked well as we were going to see a concert at the Toyota Amphitheatre. I am a smoker so I did appreciate it was a smoking property.
it was pretty outdated and not very clean. I had a weird feeling when at the front desk clerk wanted me to look at the room before confirming stay , which I have never had happen in my life . at this point it was late in the afternoon and we had to get to the concert so we decided to just stay .
