Everything and staff was great!
The shower head was a little torn and needed fixing as the water was everywhere the first nights stay but they fixed it!

the location is nice
Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable damp odor, which made it seem as though the room had not been used or properly refreshed for some time. Additionally, there was no bottled water provided.
I was also disappointed with the check-in experience. I waited for approximately two hours before being assisted, during which time I was accompanied by my elderly mother. This delay was particularly difficult under the circumstances.
