Rooms are comfortable, but I'm an elderly person and no grab bars in our bathtub. Making it unsafe to shower! Other than that the rooms are great.
The outdoor decking area could use better tables and a good cleaning would help. I know there are seagulls but it looks like its been awhile since its last cleaning.

Clean , spacious rooms. Nice view
The amount of bird poop was a bit much. On the stair hand rails, the steps, the roof of the lower building, the parking lot. It was a too much and needed to be cleaned.
