Half the staff was friendly, the other half aloof. It was the smallest closet I ever saw in a hotel, maybe 2 ft wide. Excellent food and affordable. Great help getting our luggage to the room, friendly staff on that end. Some hidden fees. Water was provided with cups at several locations. And they said it was filtered. NIce pool area.
More smiles at the check-in desk would be welcoming. Greet everyone with a smile. Why have an early check=in price when it's good to spread out the arrivals? Very hard to get out of parking without paying twice, once on the bill and to get out--hard to manuver. We had to get the manager.

Hotel property was clean and nice.
The hotel charged me additional fees. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t print me a receipt when I checked out so I had no idea that extra fee was there. I thought my booking.com price included any fees. Really ticked about this. I won’t stay there again.
