manager worked with me on item i left in room shipped it to me . room was clean and comfortable
The side door key pad did not work. Staff told me ahead of time it was not working it was close to my room so it could have helped me out

Location was great, close to everything. Beds and rooms were comfortable. Evening shift desk clerk was fantastic and very helpful.
Only issue we had were the kids that got kicks out of knocking or kicking our door once every night while we were trying to sleep. I half expected that though as there were 2 different sports teams staying there while in town for tournaments. Not a big deal. We did enjoy watching the kids raise hell and have fun in the pool. Brought back memories of our kids when they were still young. We really had a great time and will be back next year.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Hotel was run down from when we were there 4 years ago. Holes in the walls, lots of exposed drywall, wall paper falling off.
