Everything was great just one thing I would recommend for the manager lady manager that is that was sitting in the breakfast room in the morning is not to be FaceTime you on her phone and interrupting everybody’s quiet breakfast
just a little manager talking on the phone whenever he was trying to eat on FaceTime

The room was beautiful and clean.
The check in desk was not well manned. They came from the back when we checked in and later that night my husband actually fell on the sidewalk outside and hit the building. He ended up in the ER with a head laceration and broken wrist and no one was at the front desk to notice.
