Easy access to places to eat

Breakfast was hot, plentiful, tasted good and had good availability times.
The room was clean and had plenty of counter space, a microwave, a desk, good closet space.
Tv and streaming options were good.
The room was not ready on time. 4 hours later when I did check in (after the event I arrived in town for ended) I was told other rooms had still not been cleaned and people were being turned away.
It took me a LONG time to figure out how to turn the bedside lamps off (they were on when I arrived in the room). It was a very discrete switch which could have been noted by a bedside card so I didnt waste 10 min feeling like an idiot who couldnt turn off a lamp.

Breakfast was great except that the juice machine was not working and no substitutions were made.
All personnel was super friendly and had great customer service skills.
I couldn’t sleep. The noise from the traffic next to the hotel was super loud.
You need better insulation and/or storm grade windows.
