Staff was friendly and the room size was very nice to have a family of 5. The Breakfast was very good as well
The indoor pool was not open and there wasn't anywhere that said it was closed during the booking process.

We are repeat patrons of this hotel and find the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
We had a handicap person in our party with a handicap placard. All the handicap parking spaces were full. We looked and indeed everyone parked in the handicap parking spaces did have either a handicap license plate or a handicap placard. The parking lot leaves much to be desired. We ended up parking in the back which is poorly lit and doesn’t feel particularly safe especially since they no longer allow you to enter through the back door “for security reasons”.

Pool was closed, using a pool was a main reason for booking this hotel would have liked to known pool was closed.
