Cleanliness, fresh & comfortable beds & pillows, nice bath towels (though lacked enough towel rings/hooks on which to hang them). Great accessible roll-in shower with properly placed shower handle & hand-held shower head as well as shower bench. Would be helpful & safer if the shower chair/bench had side handles. Great water pressure too. Also spacious layout of guest rooms allowed for easy movement around luggage. We felt welcomed, safe. Staff very pleasant, helpful. Breakfast options & varieties were great!

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Everyone wanted our stay to be really nice. Gym was clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly - it was really nice to experience this level of guest care.
didn't like a parking fee - there was a very large lot and it felt like a money grab. the room had trash in it when we arrived - staff could have checked a little better. One of the shower soaps was empty when we arrived. It was inconvenient to find that out in the shower. However, when I called they arrive within minutes to fix it!

Big room
Fire alarm went off 12:10 AM. NO INFORMATION, wouldn't answer phone, no announcements. Ruined nights sleep. Towel rack fell when tried to take Towel after shower
