I like how close it was to the shops and the Ranch.
It was difficult to get to the hotel by going through the mall.

Very good infrastructure with very unexperienced stuff. No intention to increase satisfaction and customer experience.
Not replying to emails no HOTEL slippers available at the room no Cork no wine glass only the very very minimum available in the room. stuff is not billing to make your experience better.
