Maricel was super helpful over the phone when I asked about early check in. She was honest about the availability and asked that I call back in a few hours. I did but was told there would be no early check due to the hotel being over booked the night before. I arrived early in town and Maricel happened to be the one checking me in. She was very pleasant and without me even asking she told me a room was ready. I really appreciated her anticipating my need.
When returning from a long day and seeing certain spots blocked with cones wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t want to park in the far back at night and being alone. If you want to have dedicated parking spots for VIPs then do so with a sign. So the other spots can be used by other guest.

Cooking appliances (pots, pans, etc.), dish soap, shower amenities, hand soap, towels, good tv show options, etc.!
Nothing much to really complain about! Just found one piece of hair in the blanket and some slight stains, but I’m sure there isn’t much they can do to get rid of it aside from replace them. A part of the bathroom light was also flickering, but it was of no importance! Just some wear and tear on the sofa and dishwasher.
