Location is perfect for the falls activities. The room was spacious and clean. The check in staff was excellent. The attached restaurant had decent pub fare. Our waitress was magnificent.
The size of the bathroom within the room was very cramped. Some of the bathroom amenities were almost empty. No real major complaints as we found our room in an overall acceptable condition.

Close to falls and anchor bar.
Bathroom and room really need updated. Bathroom wall is discolored, and the shower faucet was falling off when we got there. Also the air unit by the window was very dated. And there were items left from the previous person left in the room so apparently housekeeping didn’t check and clean everything which makes you wonder what else they missed or skip over.
