The terrace was loaded with birdpoop and was not cleaned away automatically.

I like that it was right on the water.
The outside bar doesn’t open until 11am. I am on vacation it should open at least 10am. Also the breakfast I paid extra for sucked. Food was terrible.

Staff was nice
Property is outdated, high prices for everything, gym was old and smells mold, the private beach is nice but you can’t get in the water from the beach because of the rocks and sea grass, need to go through the stairs at the end of the pier

Great location, clean outside, clean pool.
Ocean view room’s windows are old and non openable and not clean. Room was clean, but needs renovation. You have to pay for a vehicle parking in the property. Overpriced, money not worth the experience. Beach was not cleaned from sea grass and smells bad.
