Complimentary Drinks and their breakfast
The elevators are really slow and some of them do not work. My little cousin had his birthday party here over a year ago and the elevators were the same exact way.

We always love the omelette bar for breakfast, the staff are nice and helpful, and rooms are always good. The complimentary drinks are a godsend at night, and the snack bar for it is a lovely extra touch on top of that!
There needs to be a staff member that checks on the pool every now and then. The one thing that ruined the stay for me, was the pool. Kids were splashing water over into the hot tub constantly after asked not to do so. Also people not being mindful of toddlers trying to swim while almost jumping on them in the pool.

Rooms were spacious, huge lounge area, very kid friendly, fabulous breakfast, awesome adult beverage perks per night. One of the best places I’ve stayed at with complementary items. I will definitely be booking for next year.
