Very clean. Beds comfortable but a little high.
Ladies at front desk were very nice and friendly.
The toilets are too low for older people. Need a bar added to help get up.

The location was great for what I needed.
THIEVES!!! Apparently, They don’t know the difference between “LOST” and “LEFT BEHIND.” A staff member took my flat iron that I accidentally LEFT BEHIND! I called the same day that I left it. I was told that no one had checked into the room. Therefore, the ONLY OTHER person with access to the room was the housekeeper and maybe a supervisor. Between those TWO people, one of them took my flat iron. Management swears they have an “honest” staff. Obviously, NOT!
There were no apologies or compensation offered to mitigate the situation. I actually went to the location two different days after I left it, hoping that they would have “located” my flat iron. I must say that one of the staff members’ hair looked very FLAT and pretty upon my first return. “Supposedly,” she checked the room and it was NOT there. REALLY? Of course, it wasn’t there. The staff had already taken it!
There is NO corporate office to submit a complaint. Therefore, I’m out of a flat iron. It’s just SAD that LivINN hotel in Sharonville, Ohio has a staff of THIEVES and ENABLERS.

The room had a comfy bed and plenty of space, bathroom was extremely small. The morning staff was very friendly and upfront about prices.
The pool was cloudy and the water was like thick. It smelled heavily of feet on there like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Night staff was pretty rude, she took a completely different couple ahead of us that came up to the desk after us. No instructions on where things were. Didn’t seem worth the price
