The location
The staff didn’t know what they were doing, it smelled, bathroom was dated, didn’t have water pressure couldn’t turn on shower the tub stopper was broken

Everything was great! The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again. I've stayed there twice in a year.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is nicely renovated except the bathrooms.
We requested upper room for quietness. We arrived at 5:00 pm. Check in was supposed to be 3:00 pm. We were given a room that was not ready. Garbage in the bathroom, no towels, beds not made, tv on loudly, door unlocked bedding on the floor. They gave us the room underneath, we were awakened by kids above at 4:00. am, jumping in the room that should have been ours.
The baths need to be changed
