It was within walking distance of food.
It was clean but the smell in the room was very very strong of cleaners.
Parking was good.
Towels were to small. Heat in the room sucked. We set it to 76 because it was so cold in the room and it never seemed to warm enough to get comfortable. Desk person had zero conversation with us beyond what he had to and the smell was horrible in the office (from their food). The pillows were flat and need replaced. The pictures in the ads definitely look better than the actual place as it is a little old and could use some TLC.

When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation. This has happened once before using your service, in Sacramento. After they unsuccessfully attempted to reach someone via phone or online, I suggested that they simple rent me a room as they had vacancies. End of problem.
Only the fact that they had no record of my reservation. Otherwise, the facilities were quite nice and my stay was comfortable.

Walking distance to downtown shops and dining. Beds were comfortable enough for a motel. AC worked well, even if it rattled. Staff accommodated our request for a top floor room.
There were ants in the room, mold in the bathroom. The mini fridge made super loud popping sounds - I ended up just unplugging it at 1am. Everything was kinda dated. This is a very bare bones motel experience, which is fine if that’s all you need, but it’s definitely not worth $175 per night. My recommendation would be to drive the extra few miles and stay somewhere nicer and newer in Wilsonville for an additional $20.
