The architecture

Old Motel, but the room had been modified/upgraded and was so comfy, good fridge size, coffee machine, well appointed bathroom, King size bed. Close to bus and train and food outlets.

Could hear everyone on second floor move around.

Stayed here for two nights to go to the dodgers game. It was walking distance but you have to walk next to the freeway and up the hills…. But still a great stay because the train is Dow the street and t you can take it to union station to take the free metro bus to the game and back for free. Very chill neighborhood a lot of dodgers fan enjoy eating at the pizza place across the street. Everything was clean and they provide alot of towels. We also had a early 4am check out because our flight and someone was always at the front desk.

The only thing I would complain about is the rooms need more plugs. We stayed in a one room two bed with only one lamp and a plug that was attached to the night stand.

Room was clean, classic motel feel, affordable. Staff was very nice. There was a Dodgers game the night we stayed and expected it would be loud, but it wasn’t. The water dispenser in the front lobby. Walking distance to a lot of places.

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The pillows for a king bed were like little flat disks and there was only one hard chair in the room so it wasn’t exactly relaxing. Mattress was very hard.
