The gym and the hot tub were great. The facilities overall was nice.
The first room we got was very musty and we couldn't stay in it. The second room we didn't have a choice to take one right behind the elevator which was annoying. Overall the experience was ok.
Most hotels I have visited had microwaves and fridge in the rooms. I didn't like the fact that I had to leave my room to go to the lobby to heat up our food.
The front desk clerk was very nice, but I didn't like when he swiped my card to pay for the hotel when I had already paid through booking.com. He did not inform me that he was swiping my card for over $1,000.00 I thought that I was paying for the incidentals only. I realised on Friday morning when I checked my account that I paid for the hotel room a second time. They need to inform guests what they are paying for, given a receipt and I ask if they had paid or booked online, and not assume. I didn't like the fact that one of the ladies I spoke to was reluctant to assist me in having the charges overturned. She told me to call booking.com and speak to them. I don't remember her name. Dina and the accounts lady were very helpful and I really did appreciated them. The accounts lady had the matter resolved for me a day or two before I left and I was very pleased with her.

To express my satisfaction with my recent stay. The exceptionally clean and comfortable beds ensured a restful night. We also greatly appreciated the convenient freeway access, which significantly simplified our travels.
Based on my observations from my recent stay, the absence of an in-room microwave, several malfunctioning electrical outlets, and that the pool facilities were not as expected, and the parking lot and elevator appears to require significant maintenance.
