The location was great. The staff was very friendly. The gym was good and the pool is great.

Concierge was very helpful.
The music being played in the hotel. The bed was not well made and the pillows had to be replaced with something much softer. The bed was too hard. Our room was supposed to have a Bay view; not really; small slats in the current on the 6th floor. Disappointing!

The hotel is gorgeous.
Service was pretty bad, loud outdoor noise from trash pick up.
