We loved the staff here!!! All so welcoming and professional and kind.
Felt like we were in Europe which we especially loved given the current state of things right now !

Nice hotel. A lot of money for a room looking at a wall!!!., a metre away!! Staff lovely but had to come in and turn heating and lights on which were inside a cupboard, bit odd. It was very dark and depressing!
They charged us more than you quoted us!!
They said they had to charge for more taxes!! Another 40 Australian dollars which made it an expensive hotel.
Also our hotel we booked with you at DFW hotel also charged us more than you quoted us!!!
