The staff was excellent, especially Mary. I loved that they room we had was not carpeted as we had dogs and it was so snowy.
The parking lot was not plowed and with so much snow many people got stuck.

Noisy at times, and the weed smell from the hall and next room was crazy. The elevator sounded like it was on its last legs. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable.
