Walking distance to riverwalk and check in staff was great! Ruben at concierge had a difficult customer prior to our check in and he handled it professionally. -Kudos to him!!
We did not like that we had to pay for parking --bummer!! After check in, we settled in our room and found empty bottles of water behind the night stand and our top sheets to our bed had make up from a previous guest's stay.
