This was our 2nd stay at Wild Renfrew. My husband and I enjoyed our visit so much we had to come back with our family. It is a lovely place and feels otherworldly at times when the fog comes in. We enjoy watching the seals and eagles from our balcony as well as taking advantage of the nearby hikes to multiple beaches. The cottage was cozy and comfortable and great for our family group.
The road from Sooke to Port Renfrew is not in great shape so the drive to and from is our least favorite part.

A wonderful location and view. The photos of the room do not do it justice. It was beautiful. We loved the hot tub on the deck.
We couldn’t find how to check in! We found the properties but there is no reception. We needed to drive back down the road and somehow found it. Needs better instructions.

The location was perfect for my short stay. I wish I'd had an extra day or two.to explore more.
My only complaint was the lack of personal service..it's nice to have someone greet you and explain where your cabin is, etc. I had to ask a young guy working maintenance where to go to check in. Small issue but after a long drive it was one more thing to deal with. But overall I give you a 9 out of 10.

Location was incredible
The cottages were very dirty. As I had grandchildren that were just crawling we noticed the amount of dirt and dust bunnies throughout the cottages. I’m sure the kitchen table hadn’t been swept under for weeks.
