I liked the comfortable beds
Room key did not work three times, wasted trips upstairs. Neighbors loud. Water cut off in the morning couldnât shower or brush teeth.

Staff was nice
The fact they near the hot water was broken. Offered me a full refund but no other hotel to go rent. Then offered to transfer me to a sister hotel. Said the water would be back on by Sunday and was not on. Open charge the TV didn't work.
