While our mattress felt a bit old and (oddly) convex, the room was large and comfortable.
The heater worked great, fridge (big for a motel) was quickly replaced when discovered poorly functioning, and staff, to a man, were cheerful, friendly, and helpful.
Super location (gondola, lake, restaurants).

Mattress a little old but chambermaids very attentive to towel needs, cleaning. Etc
Our first fridge didn’t work, but at least they sent the engineer to switch in a working one. Great tv. Wifi poor at night when most guests are probably streaming movies. They should just choose from the zillions of movies and shows on the satellite revetment and leave the wifi for people with business needs. Good parking lot was clean and convenient. Heater worked great. .

Stayed 8/2/24, only there to sleep and head out early for hike. Breakfast starts at 8 am which is later than usual for hotel. Place is small and simple but roomy, has microwave and refrigerator, close to Heavenly, Starbucks, grocery and very nice beach with $5/ voucher from office (otherwise $30/pp- ouch). Off main street so not noisy. Bed was OK, a little firm but fine. Room upstairs was hot when we got there but AC cooled it down, slept cozy cool. Did not use pool. Booked via Agoda, very good value and would stay again.
