Great location and price
Loud street noise/people being on street with lots of bars and restaurants and some homeless. Shower needs to be cleaned. Bed didn’t feel stable and slightly hard. Kitchen fridge water filter was broken, water jug was empty.

I like the location of the hotel. The bathroom and shower room being outside is definitely a bit inconvenient and not private. Otherwise, good value given the convenient locations. A bit noisy since there are a few popular restaurant and bar just downstairs.

The location is perfect for us. The room and building are beautifully maintained old SanFrancisco. Everything was clean and easy to use.
Sometime the key didn’t work. However, someone would come in about 10 minutes or less to remedy the situation.
