The front desks and the staff in the casino are professional and very kind
My room the house keeper left their disposable gloves on the sink and the trash bags were left there too

The view I had was fantastic, the service was excellent, it was close to the airport. Security guards made me feel safer than anywhere I’ve ever been!!!
I got lost getting to places within the property or navigating to the uber as well.

We only stayed the night when we arrived late at the airport and couldn't get home (hwy 80 closed). The room was pretty standard - not fancy but sufficient and clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable! We had a surprisingly fabulous sleep after a long, late, travel-weary day.
The "room assigned on arrival" is a *smoking* room, I was informed at check-in. Fortunately they were able to find us a non-smoking room, but fyi, that is the default. Even in a non-smoking room, you can't quite fully get away from the smoke, even on an upper floor. Lobby is on the second floor, which is a little awkward of you have ski bags and such - there is an elevator, but it's tight.
