At first glance upon arrival the property looks very nice from the exterior, the landscaping is very nice/clean, the parking lots look good and the building exterior looks relatively new. However, once you get inside your room you will see multiple areas that are poorly maintained. This is the 2nd (and last) time I will stay at the property because whomever manages it does NOT know what they are doing. BOTH times I visited, the shower floods the bathroom because the design of the single pain of glass has NO gasket on the bottom, so water slides down the glass, onto the shower base and onto the floor. Additionally, you can see that whomever they have "fixing/repairing" their wall has no idea what they are doing. Simple wall repairs (from previous towel rack bracket attachments & more) look like a 5 year old attempted to repair. A half wall area next to the toilet is completely exposed drywall with gouges all over the surface, when a simple fix could be to glue install a piece of plexiglass or tile to protect the drywall underneath on this half/wall. Additionally, there was water dripping from the stairwell every day, but there was NO rain my entire trip. The culprit was the heater/AC unit in my room and others that when turned on the residual water produced just spilled ALL OVER THE TILE FLOOR BECAUSE SOMEBODY CUT THE PLASTIC TUBING THAT APPEARS TO FEED INTO THE FLOOR (and supposedly to a collection area that won't flood the floor). I can't tell you what a hazard it is to have puddles of water all over tile flooring, somebody can merely walk down the stairwell, and slip on the puddle of water on the tile floor landing at EACH FLOOR! Housekeeping staff did NOT attempt to clean the area and there were NO hazard/beware of WET FLOOR signage ANYWHERE! Additionally, the breakfast service is a joke as they routinely run out of food well before the 30-45 mins. BEFORE breakfast ends. They did not supply basic non-stick cooking spray (there's a dollar store down the street to get extra cans if needed), so it took 5 minutes to pry off a waffle, I asked for spray, response "we're out." The "toaster" was not functioning barely warmed a bagel after putting it through FOUR Times! I mentioned to kitchen staff (they don't speak English), all I got from them and the person working at the front desk was, sorry, it's broken. So purchase a replacement, or God forbid have a backup toaster on sight as they don't last forever! Terribly managed property. One bright spot was Ana, who worked the breakfast area on some morning, she was VERY helpful and did everything she could to accommodate despite not having support from management in terms of providing her the necessary supplies and working equipment - she is A+. Front desk guy was useless. I explained to him that my shower flooded EVERY time, poor design, and I asked for housekeeping staff to clean up the room (I was staying 4 night), his response was that they clean the room after THREE days! Horrible customer service. Avoid this place unless you like flooded bathrooms, and horribly managed property that is a "slip and fall" nightmare waiting to happen!

I recently spent 3 nights at Country Inn & Suites w/my 9 yr. old son. Always difficult to decipher online ratings. Per the photos, the actual building and rooms look nice and clean, so there they did not disapoint. However, and unfortunately for me, I attempted to use the HOT Tub (sore back) and it was a COLD tub! Person at front desk said it was OUT (no kidding), but did not provide any timeline for the fix (if it was a priority, but I'm sure it was not). Also, the breakfast was a quite disappointing as they had a nice clean setup with everything to make/have various choices for breakfast. Instead, they had the powdered scrambled eggs (sitting over cooked) in a warming chafing dish next to a completely EMPTY chafing dish that normally have inside (sausages, sausage patties or bacon), however they chose to NOT provide any protein AT ALL. Every hotel of this caliber I've stayed at that has the same breakfast setup ALWAYS have eggs and some sort of meat protein. Here, for whatever reason (homeless people) and/or using that excuse to save money and provide very little breakfast items. They did have the waffle maker working, but NO butter anywhere! They had a really nice & clean toaster machine, but NO BREAD OR BAGELS! Finally on the last day they had bagels. One very bright note was Ana who meticulously cleans the entire breakfast area and tables in the adjacent room AND. puts out the breakfast. She was awesome, helping several people who don't bother to ask what time breakfast stops (9:30am) and they saunter in at 9:40am and later expecting Ana to wait on them as if they are at a restaurant. Lastly, I notice a older gentleman looking quite disheveled sitting in the adjacent room w/tables (definitely homeless) and another lady quite a bit younger (early 40's) with tattoos, sunglasses who was cooking multiple portions of waffles, completely ignoring me and my son who were standing by the waffle machine, just kept loading up the machine. Telltale sign when someone is hoarding food and being rude/selfish - they're usually homeless. I went to the front desk, told the staff person who came out and politely asked them what their room number was etc. Shortly thereafter he walked them out. So, I think this place has an issue w/homeless walking in and they need security to keep the place safe.
