Well within walking distance of downtown Victoria, shore for sunset walks, beautiful park and gardens. Lovely breakfast room in restored heritage home. Easy, reasonably priced parking. On site caretaker who can help with any questions or requests.

Great location, friendly and accommodating host and good, but simple, continental breakfast upstairs in the kitchen. The property was beautiful with lots of plants/flowers. Loved how many pillows were on the bed. Check in was easy and we loved the recommendations for things to do/see/eat nearby.
Our queen bed, was a Murphy bed with a thin mattress, that wasn’t indicated in any of the pictures or description, I would have booked a different room/hotel if I knew that. There were four spiders in the corner and one above the bed.
