The only downside is you have to pay for breakfast.

Loved the check-in process. Staff at front desk was kind, friendly, and helpful!
Beds were SO comfortable.
The Common areas in the front of the hotel were lovely!
The inside of the hotel (besides the front common areas) felt and looked dirty and in need of repairs and/or freshening up, i.e. the hallways, walls, and inside of the rooms. We stayed on the first floor, so I can not speak of the upper levels. But in our specific room, while the bedding and beds were clean and comfortable, that was about it. The carpet had a huge tear down the middle of it in front of the TV, the TV did not work properly, the curtains had red stains on the window side of them, and the chair that was in the room was worn and not clean.
