Joyce and Roger are lovely hosts; extremely accommodating and friendly. We are so glad to have met them. The room was very comfortable and we had our own bathroom down the hall (it is an historic house). The property is spacious and quiet (just keep your eyes open for the driveway - there is no sign nor unique marker). Breakfast was delicious! Simcoe is a nice base from which to explore farmer's markets, antique shops, waterfalls, hiking Long Point, and the beautiful countryside. We hope to get the opportunity to return one day.
