    Great property. Great amenities. Feels like it’s own little village. I stayed in a “hotel” room and not a cabin. Pretty standard regarding the room but the surroundings took it over the top.

    The only good things would be the location and cleanliness! From the unfriendly welcome at checkin, to being given a room we didn’t book, to waiting an additional 3.5hrs for our room to be ready, to dealing with more less than pleasant staff, all to find out the rooms are SUPER loud! As in we could hear exactly what the people next to us were saying! NOT the clientele, staff and facilities we have experienced at Westgate Resorts across the country! We will not be back!
