I like the staff. Very friendly and professional
I didn’t like that when I booked my stay, that it didn’t mention the hotel was under construction. A heads up would have been nice.

We've spent almost a week at Hilton Santa Clara, it was a delightful experience. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is awesome, you can reach almost anything in the neighbouring area with ease... the tram line to SJ (station is about 2 mins of walk from the hotel) was especially good for dining out.
The bathroom lights were always on, which was a bit of a nuisance during my stay. The bathroom and the shower door are both sliding variations, which are fancy, however neither steam nor waterproof. Given the amount of towels supplied, it was no issue however.

Location. It is part of san jose convention center. Right on downtown
It is very expensive for such a basic looking hotel. Even the dog fee came about to be $85 with all the additional fees and
$$$$
