The food was OK. The location was super!
My daughter-in-law made the reservation as I’m vision impaired. She said that I would be picked up from the Airport. Since I was moving cross country, I had 2 bags that each weighed almost 50 pounds, a carry on suitcase, and a smaller bag. I observed numerous vehicles from other hotels, and parking and city buses whiz by the area of Shuttle Service where I was standing in a light rain, but didn’t see a Sguttle from your Hotel. I called the phone number my daughter-in-law had given me, only to be told that I was calling the wrong location, at which point ai was transferred, after which I was told they didn’t have a shuttle til 5:00 PM. I complained, saying that my daughter-in-law had partially chosen that location due to the shuttle service. It was around 2:00PM. I was then told that they could call a cab, which they called back to tell me that they had done, but they couldn’t tell me which cab company, what the color of the cab was, but only that it may take about 20 minutes. I waited almost an hour in the rain, before I called back the original number, and, once again, I was told I was calling the wrong location. When I protested, the agent asked my name, and just then, I saw one of your shuttles, and got on it. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was again told I was then at the wrong location. I showed my confirmation on my phone, and the agent then asked my name. When she finally took the time to actually try and figure out what was going on rather than telling me I was at the wrong location, she noticed that I actually was at the right location, but was a day early . Apparently, my daughter-in-law had booked my reservation for the following day. I realize that was a mistake on my part, but if the agent had spent just a little more time trying to help me in the beginning, I wouldn’t have been so stressed out, and wouldn’t have had to stand for about an hour, which is hard for me to do, and it was windy and rainy. The agent never even tried to say she was sorry.

The beds were very uncomfortable... The air vents were dirty. Allergies were bad in the room.
