Close to where we were going. Room was big. Nice pillows.
The bathroom had mold spots in grout on tub, water spots on ceiling in bathroom and the kleenex holder in bathroom was showing rust. The ironing board was missing a screw and the iron was missing pieces as well but was able to get it to work good enough

The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and modern. The lobby was nice and had a good coffee bar set up. There was breakfast but it wasn't included unless you were a perks member. Otherwise it was about $15 a person.
Great location right off the highway and close to Starbucks. Just a short drive to our extended family's home.
The heater/AC unit wasn't working at all when we checked into our room. The thermostat read 73 but it couldn't have been over 67. We went out for the evening and returned about 9pm. We decided to contact the front desk in the morning since we didn't plan on sleeping with the heat that high anyhow. But in the morning it was very chilly. They did come and fix it while we were out that afternoon, but no mention of reimbursement or even a free breakfast was even offered. When it's 40 degrees out and the heat doesn't work, it seems the concierge would make some sort of accommodations to off-set our situation.
Secondly, we stayed for two nights and housekeeping didn't come to replenish towels or bedding. That's a disappointment since that's one of the luxuries of staying in a hotel. I feel like we paid top dollar and got average amenities.

Buffet was nice waitress was great. Location was good as well 15 to 20 minutes from where I was going
Was not told about breakfast voucher until checking out not at check in, I paid for the buffet Saturday morning and no food on a Saturday was ridiculous, the bar is open but no food crazy
