Staff was friendly but not well informed on the shuttle service. I was told twice that we would have a shuttle to and from the concert we were attending (1.8 miles away) so we planned our Saturday around that, counting on the shuttle, and about 20 mins before we were set to leave, the shuttle cancelled. This left us utterly scrambling to get to the concert and incurred additional spend that, earlier in the day, we didn’t count on.

Breakfast options were fair for hotel breakfasts. However, the food was sub-par. It was close to the Kentucky Expo. Center.
We felt a bit unsafe after numerous vehicles were broken into during our first night's stay. This included several other hotels that were located right around ours.

Breakfast was fantastic.
Room was clean.
Staff was very friendly.
Bed felt like springboards, so so so so so uncomfortable!
Room is dark and not well lit.
No vent in the bathroom either.
For the price I paid per night I definitely expected at least a comfortable bed.
