The dinners were exceptionally good.
Location near Swedish was ideal.
Elevators were working except for service elevator. Felt sorry for staff. It was inconvenient.

An A+ for location to all the places we wanted to go. We are walkers, so we were within 5 or so blocks to our venues. The room was comfortable, great view of I-5 and surrounding buildings up on the 20th floor. The bed was comfortable and was happy they had an extra blanket and pillow, fridge, coffee pod pot, nice TV, and a Japanese toilet seat. Appreciated the tub was clean enough to take a soak in, the rubber thongs, and could order room service, which we didn't. Nice bathroom products too.
It was noisy! We could hear the road traffic and had a constant air blowing sound even with the furnace controls turned to off. There was a lot of cold air coming in through the windows. Also, their smoke detector constantly flashed a bright and broad casting green light at night that was noticeable even with your eyes shut! We slept with ear plugs and took a sleep aide the second night. Parking is always a challenge in big cities. We found their nightly parking garage rate was too high. We found a public garage about 3 blocks away that was much more affordable.
