Friendly staff, good breakfast, big rooms.
The room could have been a little cleaner, especially the floor, and there was a bit of an odor that wasn’t very nice. The air also didn’t circulate in the room at all, which made it feel a bit stuffy.

The employee who checked us in was very friendly and apologetic when a mistake was made. Breakfast was pretty good. Our (correct) room was clean and comfortable.
The elevator was not working. We were originally given keys to a room. When we went inside, the room was already occupied. We went back and got new keys and a new room number. There were no water fountains anywhere. The water temperature in the shower was very sensitive and difficult to find an in-between between very cold and very hot. The provided lotion smelled bad. There was not enough lighting in the room.
