The location
Need to get a longer shower curtain. Water leaked out of the shower and onto the floor to the sink. Other than that we’ll be back

It’s the first of nine that I’ve stayed in to have colourful trees in its car park. The bed was comfortable and the fridge and the microwave were a decent size. I liked that I was allowed to keep my bike in the room with me
I didn’t like that a demand for $100 was the first communication I had with the host before we even exchanged greetings. It was also the first time it’s been demanded of me. Secondly, I loathe carpets especially dark ones.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but they only give you a sheet so it felt pretty cold at night. I get that it is Ukiah and gets really hot in the summer, but it was cold in the morning. The price was very reasonable for what you get.
The location was not the best, right next to a freeway. The policies for the hotel are wildly strict. No visitors and they make you double confirm how many people are staying. The person right next door was being kicked out because he had had visitors. I don't have all the information about why he was removed but there was knocking at his door at 7:30 am by the staff. It was hard to get any sleep after that.
