Location was great! Staff was very attentive and professional. Greeted right away upon entering the hotel and when we needed a few extra things for our room, they were on it and had it brought up right away.
The in room air unit was not very good.

The staff, the location, the view.
The distance to any convenience store was tough. I didn’t want to pay to rent a car and then pay to park it. Uber was good but not when u want to run to the store.

Location to airport is great and a beautiful walk along the harbour. The free airport shuttle is also useful.
The rooms are horrid. In need of a major refurbishment to bring them anywhere close to modern and comfortable and no breakfast included as standard. The staff member in reception at the time we needed our shuttle was very unwelcoming - clearly a long night for him but his shortness was not well received.
