We frequent Palm Springs but this was our first stay at this property. It was amazing. The suites are huge and well laid out. Very clean and convenient. Well stocked. The property is small which we loved. Everything was steps away. The only issue I have is resort fees that were paid through Agoda and the property is wanting to charge them again. Unfortunately very difficult to actually speak to someone (voice) to provide proof of prepayment however the staff is being very patient. Hopefully Agoda will reach out to rectify. The staff are also wonderful though!

Exceptional 3-star hotel. These converted timeshares feel like resort living that inlcude a kitchen with all the supplies needed, stacked washer/dryer in the unit, full living room and dining area, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The hotel is 2-story and there are no elevators, but the staff were willing to help, if needed. Plenty of free parking. I arrived late and left early so I was not able to see the rest of the hotel or surroundings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This site does require a resort fee (which was not indicted at Agoda where I made the reservation). I found an amazing rate the day after Coachella and would definitely go back when I need a longer stay. My biggest complaint is the 4pm check-in and 10am check-out which are later and earlier than most.

Good thing we checked our final bill of checkout. We were charged an undisclosed “Resort Fee” though we never went anywhere near any of the resort facilities!
Then we were charged for items we never bought and for TWO nights even though we were only there to SLEEP for ONE night. Very sloppy!! The refrigerator in the room sounded like a pile driver
