I loved that they were able to give me an early check-in. I was able to go to my niece's graduation with having a little rest in the hotel room beforehand. They were also able to give me a room near the elevator. The room seemed clean (except for a spider in the bathtub), and the view to the courtyard with the pool was really pretty (but they do need to clean the windows a bit more).
I felt really fortunate. Just the two things mentioned above, plus one more.
1. spider in the bathtub - although I wanted to take a bath, I didn't have the heart to move or kill the spider
2. the windows to the courtyard weren't that clean.
3. the phone didn't let me call down to the front desk or concierge (Room 3100), but I called the hotel from my cell phone and asked them to put in an order to have it fixed after I left.

Location is okay, front desk people are great!
Parking is 35 a day, no where else to park. If I’m paying for a room parking should be included. Valet was rude when we asked if there free parking

$35 for parking was pretty lame especially when you own the property or not just charge $35 more to the room and call the parking free. Not even a continental breakfast certainly does suck.
