Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles Burbank Airport

Location near by airport and burbank downtown.

Hot breakfast was good but not enough selections. Need more mixed fruits. Kitchen was clean.

Removing the afternoon snacks (cookies). (Bring back the snacks, please). Parking is too expensive. Wish, it’s free or maybe low parking fee.

The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff were all polite and attentive. The coffee/hot cocoa available in the lobby all day was great, the kids loved the milk and cookies.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was basically no parking and the only option is paying for parking or trying to find parking in the neighborhood which was hard to do because the extremely busy church and college across the street. However this is not a deal breaker and we will definitely stay here again.

I loved the location of the hotel and how clean it was. How easy it was to get on the freeway. I felt safe if I did want to walk down the street. The staff was really nice and was really helpful. There was an issue with our fridge when we just checked into the room, and they were able to fix it right away by moving us to another room. I like that they served breakfast in the morning, but maybe we will try it next time since we didn’t wake up lol

I’m not sure if this could be worked on, but our room faced the freeway and you could hear how fast the cars and trailers drive. We could hear the noise from our window it was hard to fall asleep. The Valet staff was really nice and super helpful. Ernie the night valet employee was so helpful. It’s not that I didn’t like the valet service its great but more of a safety concern. There’s too many cars on the driveway and if there was an emergency, it would be hard to get out of the driveway. When I pulled in there was not enough space. I would rather park my car myself so I’m not in the way.
