Location and size of rooms and the rooms were clean.
A little speedy and laundry is coin operated and 1 of the two sets were out of order and someone spilled a whole tray of food in the hallway on the way to the laundry and it wasn’t cleaned up for a good hour and I went to the front desk to let them know. (It was walked by many people)

The water filter was amazing and a highlight, also the gym and the laundry. The property is aging and feels it. Pool was great and hot tub was 38 degrees Celsius. Staff are super friendly.
Wait time to speak to someone at front desk was lengthy.
Smell of smoke and stale mustiness in the room.
