The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went for swim meet, which usually means waking up very early and missing the breakfast. The front desk manager requested to move breakfast 30 minutes earlier during the weekend so we could eat it before going to the pool. This was very unique and helpful. Also, they were very flexible with late checkout. Very good experience, again!
The room could be better designed. It was very difficult to get into the bathroom due to no space, but this seems to be the problem with that particular room.

I have enjoyed the staff and close proximity to London Health Science hospital. Excellent staff
The bathroom was very small. Travelling with a disabled person and bathroom was not comfortably accessible
