Our stay last night was extremely disappointing. The entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell—similar to heavy cuisine—that clung to our clothes, hair, and belongings. It made the stay very uncomfortable.
I booked two rooms for eight people, and the booking system showed bed options that implied the rooms would accommodate our group. Instead, we were given two rooms with king beds only, and the staff insisted that each room could only have two people, even though we booked for eight. The staff were not accommodating at all when we tried to clarify the issue.
We asked if we could cancel the booking, and while they said yes, they also stated no refund would be provided, which was very frustrating given the circumstances.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant, misleading, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel.
