This property was amazing it was very clean in the lobby and when I got to my room the bed were so clean and comfortable

We had to pay $20 for parking. Even though most of the spots and rooms were empty! Outrageous! I think Booking.com owes us a refund for the $20. Also we had to search for a functional ice machine. The first 4 were broken down. Location was good, very quiet room.

You have to pay for extra wifi internet, going to out room need some lights even in the day. Infact it's a suite room but oitside is dark, the elevator is not functional for the entire stay need to use the other corner which is too far from our room. I ask ask for extra pillow they said they don't have it, i ask for refill for paper towel they said they don't have it but instead give me tissue paper for the kitchen. But The location is perfect very accessible to all like restaurant, water world, grocery stores, depertment stores, pharmacy etc.
The front desk service bad service,i pre-checkin 24hrs away from the said time check in which is 3pm to avoud the wait from an 8hrs drive. We got in to the hotel arpund 4pm and yet the room still not ready that i need to wait for another 20mins. Never offer any service for.the inconvenience, the elevator is broken not functional for the entire stay. Ask extra pillow but they said they don't have it. A family of 4 on suite room was give 5 pillows only. I can pay extra if needed for the comfort. I ask for refill for paper towel they said they don't have it but i was offer a tissue paper.
